Description

We're looking for an engineer who can be the technical bridge between ION's R&D Team and the Customer, and help integrate ION's products into the customer's end application.

• Understand IONs Products and Ecosystem better than anyone at ION.
• Understand customers end application (Eg: e-2W) and recommend the ideal product(Eg: BMS) that meets the application's needs.
• Train and mentor the customer, in using and integrating the product in the end application.
• Work hand in glove with the customers in testing the product and the application.
• Work on fast and effective resolution of issues faced by the customer during system integration and testing.
• Be the "customer's voice" at ION to ensure that all of the customer/application's technical needs are met.

Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience working as a Design Engineer/System Engineer/Application Engineer.
• Hands-on experience with Embedded Systems.
• Extremely good communication skills.
• Extremely good analytical skills.
• Experience with Li-ion battery packs & electric vehicles is preferred.

Nice-to-Have

• Been part of the Formula Student team.
• Experience with Li-ion battery packs & electric vehicles.
• Customer-facing experience.
