Job Role and Responicibility Plan and coordinate projects utilizing project methodologies and related tools to bring projects to successful completion, within scope, on time, and within budget Lead team and client meetings, using engaging, informative presentation methodologies Create and maintain project documentation Develop and manage project plans specifying goals, strategy, staffing, and scheduling Deliver timely and effective updates to internal and external contacts, and update associated systems Take an active role in resolving conflicts, acting as a first level of escalation, and managing the delivery of the solution Oversees activities of project personnel to ensure projects progress on schedule Manage client expectations and day-to-day client interactions Manage and actively participate as a member of the project team to help create a sustainable, viable solution that is tailored to the customer s requirements and objectives, solution best practices Oversee a positive implementation experience for the customer to ensure customer satisfaction, secure the potential for future software and services revenue Qualification to apply: Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience Demonstrated success in managing projects Industry vertical or solution area experience Microsoft Office proficient, including MS Project and Visio Good oral and written communications skills that demonstrate a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with others with discretion and tact Good interpersonal skills; able to maintain solid rapport with team members as well as maintain profesionalism with those outside of department Good organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills Able to thrive in a fast paced environment Ability to work independently and in a team environment Self-motivated with the ability to manage projects to completion with oversight Good ability to provide exceptional follow through and be customer service driven While typical travel is 35%, may require up to 50% Or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the principal duties of the job
