Job Summary

Job Description

Learn, understand and use standard operating procedures (SOP) and tools to effectively manage the applications and systems.

Accurately and concisely document production support issues for subsequent root cause analysis (RCA), operational & management analysis, and reporting.

Work with internal team to understand existing data landscape, ETL process Monitor the flow of ETL loading and update stakeholders on the completion status or failure.

Ability to accurately gather, analyze and interpret data, identify, define problems, and make recommendations for resolution.

Experience in troubleshooting and managing technical escalations immaterial of the criticality.

Liaison with Technical team for issues identified during ETL load and follow up on the same for a fix.

Ability to communicate effectively with team and other internal stakeholders



Requirements

Hands on experience in Informatica, Good communication skills

Familiar with ETL concepts and prepare data validations.

Hands on experience on SQL queries and Data Warehouse concepts.

Experience in providing technical support over the call to team.
