Job Overview:
Head of Digital Strategy will define, develop, implement and drive end to end digital and content marketing strategies in the organization

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • To drive, develop and execute Digital Marketing and Corporate communication strategies in line with overall company s road map by brainstorming new creatives / media campaigns.
  • To drive business growth through lead generation initiatives from digital and other lead sources. To boost revenue growth plans with integrated marketing programs and promotions
  • Drive brand consistency and presence by generating insights and recommendations through activating global and local sponsorships, media campaigns, identifying new social media platforms/digital channels etc.
  • Develop & optimize communication methods and content strategy that strengthens products and services, while building thought-leadership, recommend relevant topics and write original content including long and short blogs, case studies, infographics, presentations, sales collaterals, eBooks, whitepapers, press releases, video and podcast scripts etc. to be delivered across various marketing channels
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against Return on Investment, KPIs etc. to inform future campaigns
  • Lead, manage, and collaborate with the internal team to develop a full program lifecycle and oversee various functions like paid digital/social campaigns, SEM/SEO Strategy, Content Strategy, email campaigns, blogs, and Website management etc.

Professional Skills:

  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and content development, by collaborating with Global Knowledge Marketing Leadership on innovation and improvement opportunities and early adoption of such practices
  • High-level expertise in creative and business writing skills with strong grasp of style and grammar and an ability to convey a message into relevant and interesting content
  • Critical thinker, problem solving skills, team player with good time management and business communication skills.
