Position description:

Instructional Designer
We re looking for an Instructional Designer who has experience in working with trainers and Subject Matter Experts from different industries to create engaging and immersive learning content for both tech and non-tech domains. You will be responsible for developing high-quality video and interactive training materials that drive immediate results.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content
  • Work with subject matter experts to obtain relevant learning materials
  • Set instructional end goals and create content that matches them
  • Create visual storyboards with easy-to-understand audio narration
  • Review peer IDs storyboards and share feedback
  • Take responsibilities to maintain consistency and quality throughout and across the projects
  • Analyze and apply trends and best practices in learning technologies and instructional design
  • Provide exercises and activities that enhance the learning process
  • Devise modes of assessment, such as tests or quizzes, to measure the effectiveness of the course
  • Ensure that the project deliverables are on time and at the required level of quality
  • Maintain and organize the project files in the repository.
