Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content ? Work with subject matter experts to obtain relevant learning materials ? Set instructional end goals and create content that matches them ? Create visual storyboards with easy-to-understand audio narration ? Review peer IDs storyboards and share feedback ? Take responsibilities to maintain consistency and quality throughout and across the projects ? Analyze and apply trends and best practices in learning technologies and instructional design ? Provide exercises and activities that enhance the learning process ? Devise modes of assessment, such as tests or quizzes, to measure the effectiveness of the course ? Ensure that the project deliverables are on time and at the required level of quality ? Maintain and organize the project files in the repository

Desired Skills

? Relevant experience of 2-4 yrs. (similar industry preferred) ? Should have a high-level hands-on experience on Learning Management System ? Should have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word and Excel), Articulate Storyline & Rise

? Good Communication skill (Writing)
