MBA from Tier 1 institute in Management Consulting/ Strategy/ Business Analyst roles preferably in startups Ability to structure complex and ambiguous, business challenges Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions Competency in Microsoft Suite Proficiency in Advanced MS Excel, Basic knowledge of SQL, R/Python Comfortable with a fast-paced and chaotic environment Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations Conduct detailed data analysis to diagnose business problems and identify opportunities to optimize key funnels Drive special projects to drive key business metrics Work with product, technology, growth, and operations teams to execute product/ funnel interventions Democratize data for other teams by building dashboards and analytics solutions Evaluate analytics platforms and tools by conducting primary and secondary research Monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of project
