Job Summary Job Description 1) Seek and win profitable business contracts in the designated region/area
2) Actively seek and develop new prospects from existing business

3) Ensure budgeted/targeted revenues and GOPs are achieved
4) Develop and maintain professional relationships with new clients for future referral
5) Follow up with clients, arrange site visits, meetings and take other action as is necessary to secure the sale within a reasonable timeframe
6) Prepare Letter of Intent and Tenders in accordance with client and company requirements
7) Prepare necessary opening advice forms and ensure a signed legal contract is obtained from the client prior to opening the site, at the earliest
8) Be fully aware of new trends and competitor initiatives
9) Prepare written reports on sales progress and other statistical analysis on a monthly basis.
Candidate Description1) Graduate / Post Graduate (Any Discipline)
2) 4-5 years of experience in sales preferably from facilities / security industry
3) Should be able to develop Customer Relationship

4) Follow up with the customers & create customers data base.
&
5) Ability to work under sales pressure
