Product Manager Job in Leadsquared

The Role

Education is our top vertical, accounting for about 60+% of our revenues. Sales in Education is all about Admissions, and our goal is to be a global leader to drive the whole admissions process in colleges, universities, career schools and other educational institutes. We are looking for a Product Manager to own LeadSquared for Education with the objective of cementing our place in the vertical globally. The role will involve: - Understanding the market and various micro-verticals in the space. - Work with sales, pre-sales and implementation teams to standardize the implementation structure, reports and other processes to improve the end customer experience - Work with engineering team to fill the feature gaps of various Education verticals We are looking for someone who understands business applications deeply and the value of vertical focus to serve them better. Requirements 8+ years of experience in development, implementation or design of business software such as CRM, ERP, HRMS or BPM. Experience in working directly with customers for requirements collection, gap analysis and solution implementation. Good understanding of usability and user interface design. Good understanding of architecture of cloud-based SaaS apps. Strong analytical skills and ability to find creative solutions to challenging problems. Passionate about maximizing customer experience Very well-organized and structure-loving individual Exceptional communication, documentation and presentation skills.
