Eligibility

Experience

• Background of business analysis work in Credit Financing, Insurance or Banking with experience in a customer-facing role
  

• BE with MBA is preferable
  

Must-Have Skills

• Good written and verbal communication skills
  

• Open to travel
  

• Able to perform gracefully in a multitasking project environment with attention to detail
  

• Willingness to understand cutting edge technology and map it to improve business outcomes
  

Requirements

What We Are Looking For

• Work with ICT and business area professionals from customers and partners to understand the business requirements
  

• Recommend approaches or solutions to the business use cases, both at strategic and tactical levels using AI / ML.
  

• Manage projects from conception through handoff to development with an emphasis on scope, strategy, UX / user-centered design, communication, delivery, and quality.
  

• Partner with customers and different teams to define project scope, estimate effort and communicate status to group directors.
  

• Managing customer/user expectations for requirement analysis & solution.
  

• Managing the delivery and review of business cases, scope and requirements documents, user stories documentation, test plans, and rollout communications.
