Eligibility
Experience
Background of business analysis work in Credit Financing, Insurance or Banking with experience in a customer-facing role
BE with MBA is preferable
Must-Have Skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
Open to travel
Able to perform gracefully in a multitasking project environment with attention to detail
Willingness to understand cutting edge technology and map it to improve business outcomes
Requirements
What We Are Looking For
Work with ICT and business area professionals from customers and partners to understand the business requirements
Recommend approaches or solutions to the business use cases, both at strategic and tactical levels using AI / ML.
Manage projects from conception through handoff to development with an emphasis on scope, strategy, UX / user-centered design, communication, delivery, and quality.
Partner with customers and different teams to define project scope, estimate effort and communicate status to group directors.
Managing customer/user expectations for requirement analysis & solution.
Managing the delivery and review of business cases, scope and requirements documents, user stories documentation, test plans, and rollout communications.
