Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Customer Service Associate to enhance customer satisfaction, drive engagement, and ensure long-term client relationships. Your job will be to assist customers, solve their issues, and help them use our products in the best way. You will also guide them on new features and updates while maintaining good relationships with them and also bring in new ones by explaining the benefits of our products.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong customer relationships to improve engagement and retention.

Proactively reach out to customers to ensure product satisfaction and resolve issues.

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and emails professionally.

Educate customers on product features, benefits, and best practices to enhance their experience.

Explain our products in a simple and convincing way to potential buyers.

Follow up on leads and maintain customer relationships to drive sales.

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service.

Meet sales and customer satisfaction targets set by the company.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

0 to 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a similar role.

Proficient in Kannada or a native speaker of the language.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.

Ability to handle customer queries with patience and professionalism.

Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for customer satisfaction and business growth.

Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
