Job Summary
Attending calls from the US customers &help them with their queries. Transferring the calls from the VA system to the respective lead & follow up until the problem is resolved. Identifying the needs/requirements of the customers& act efficiently to resolve it. Making the Inbound & Outbound calls. Maintaining & updating the track record of existing & potential customers. Must be willing to work in the US shift timing. A bachelor degree in any field. Proficient in English Language. Excellent interpersonal &communication skills. Previous experience in customer support role. Candidate knowing Spanish will be an add-on advantage.
