Job Summary

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Attending calls from the US customers &help them with their queries.
  • Transferring the calls from the VA system to the respective lead & follow up until the problem is resolved.
  • Identifying the needs/requirements of the customers& act efficiently to resolve it.
  • Making the Inbound & Outbound calls.
  • Maintaining & updating the track record of existing & potential customers.
  • Desired candidate profile

  • Must be willing to work in the US shift timing.
  • A bachelor degree in any field.
  • Proficient in English Language.
  • Excellent interpersonal &communication skills.
  • Previous experience in customer support role.
  • Candidate knowing Spanish will be an add-on advantage.
  • Shift Timing 08:30 Pm to 06:30 Am IST
