Senior Quality Engineer Job in Maersk

THE ROLE As a QA engineer, you will join a collaborative team tasked with creating an innovative web application that will enable Pricing managers to define and maintain product and charge taxonomy globally. This team will have the freedom to select their preferred technologies and employ agile methodologies throughout the development process. THE CANDIDATE This is a greenfield project, which means we are starting from scratch. Therefore, we are seeking a candidate who can take ownership of QA as a discipline, that involves creation and execution of test cases, monitoring and reporting build health. The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience: MUST Ability to convert requirements specs into test scripts Experience in API automation testing (e.g., Postman, SoapUI, RestAssured) Proficiency in automation tools (e.g., Cypress, Selenium, Appium) SHOULD Knowledge of test automation frameworks (e.g., TestNG, JUnit) Good programming skills in one language (e.g., Java, Python) Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) Exposure to cloud infrastructure (Azure highly desirable) Understanding of CI/CD practices and tools (e.g., Github Action, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD) Willingness to carry out exploratory manual tests when needed Nice to have knowledge of monitoring tools (e.g., Graffana)
