Job Summary
- Prepare performance test strategy & plan to detail out scope, non-functional requirements, performance tests, workload model, performance testing approach and schedule.
- Able to work with the business to identify and test performance NFRs
- Strong analytical skills needed to identify, research, and resolve problems
- Experience in performance testing of client-server products and REST APIs/Cloud-based services.
- Create & review performance test scripts using Performance testing tools (JMeter and LoadRunner etc.)
- Execute & monitor performance tests using Performance testing tools (JMeter and LoadRunner etc.)
- Monitor server performance using App Insights, AppDynamics, or native monitoring tools.
- Experience in AWS and Azure cloud performance monitoring tools and Application Insights and SQL Insights
- Programming experience in Python or Java is mandatory.
- Experience or Knowledge using Docker, Jenkins & Git Hub
- Analyse performance test results and prepare performance test reports highlight performance issues in application or server side and Identify performance bottlenecks using monitoring tools
- Work with Development, Infra team to articulate performance issues and take it to closure.
- Report performance testing status to stakeholders highlighting risk / issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill.
