Functional Consultant Job in Matiyas

Experience : 2+ years

Education : BCA / MCA / MBA / BE IT

Identify, evaluate and understand client requirements to help with ERP set-up, configuration and customization.

Designing the solution, and explain to clients and provide workaround.

Responsible for the delivery of customization services for clients.

Responsible for managing clients in pre-sales and post-sale environments.

Understand As-Is and To-Be Process and perform Gap Analysis.

Create functional and user documentations.

Analyze and troubleshoot complex user issues and coordinate issue resolution across users, and technical team as needed.

Consulting the client on ERPNext modules and business processes.

Ensure users are provided professional, courteous and timely support and service.

Consultant must have a passion for helping clients find creative ways to more effectively run their businesses.

Finding new ways to constantly improve the satisfaction and loyalty of our clients is a top priority.

Provide ongoing technical/functional guidance and hands-on training to end-users, Create technical/functional and user documentations.

Must have strong communication skill.
