Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and boost online visibility.
• Conduct detailed keyword research to identify valuable keywords and industry-relevant search terms.
• Optimize website content, meta tags, images, and on-page elements to maximize search engine visibility and user experience.
• Oversee technical SEO aspects including site architecture, page speed, mobile responsiveness, and crawlability.
• Manage and optimize local SEO efforts such as Google My Business and local directory listings to enhance local search performance.
• Monitor and adapt to search engine algorithm updates to maintain or improve search rankings.
• Lead and mentor a team of SEO specialists, content writers, and web developers to effectively execute SEO strategies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, design, and development teams to integrate SEO best practices across all digital touchpoints.
• Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, tools, and emerging technologies to keep the team and strategies current and competitive.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven experience in local SEO management for international clients and projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience optimizing multi-lingual websites.
• Knowledge of the Health & Medical industry is a plus.
• Demonstrated success as an SEO specialist or team lead with a strong portfolio.
• In-depth understanding of SEO best practices, ranking factors, and search engine algorithms.
• Expertise in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.
• Excellent analytical skills to interpret SEO data and generate actionable insights.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is advantageous.
• Experience with content management systems (CMS), particularly WordPress, preferred.
