Job Summary

Duties and Responsibilities Configure new SCCM Server infrastructure / Patch SCCM infrastructure Manage Incident, assess impact & confirm priority. Ensure technical & functional, provide solution to end-users, proposing workarounds if required. Informs end-users on the incident management progress, working closely with other resolution teams. Manage Service Requests (SR) according to expected level of service. Handle SR execution or assign it to other contributors, informs end-users on SR fulfillment progress until its closure. Operate daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly "housekeeping" activities. Use monitoring tools setup by Engineers & Service Owners, handle alerts & communicates with other contributors to minimize impacts on end-users Contribute to the User Acceptance Test of the projects related to the Service Offering Contribute to Knowledge articles & EUX Catalog updates. Update existing knowledge articles and known errors, create the missing ones. Can work on a follow-the-sun mode Contribute to the Service Offering continuous improvement, by identifying required improvement and automation. Skills 5+ years of experience in System Center Configuration Manager infrastructure management SCCM Installation and Configuration in Entire Infrastructure Plan and Upgrade of SCCM Infra Software inventory and Metering - Creating SCCM reports + PowerBI reports Operating system deployment and migration Troubleshooting SCCM errors on Server and Workstations. Troubleshooting and working knowledge of Delivery Optimization at both workstation and server level including Connected Cache, etc. Administration Tasks in SCCM. Monthly Workstation Patch Management and Deployment through SCCM Software Deployment through SCCM Working knowledge of Windows Update for Business / MS Cloud-based solutions for patching Hardware patching management UEFI / BIOS, drivers, etc. (especially on Lenovo devices) Working knowledge of: Microsoft Intune Working with AAD-joined, Hybrid AAD-joined devices, and generally speaking in an hybrid environment + co-management. Packaging and pushing apps with both SCCM and Intune Background in automation and scripting deployments PowerShell mandatory Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a diverse team Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses High-level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and mission focus Ability to work multiple projects and rapidly integrate and support new customers/environments Good understanding of ITSM tool for Incident/Problem/Request/Change (Service Now).
