JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Follow up on aging balance of customer which is past due. Making calls to customers for payments and solving their queries Follow up on Credits to be issued. Prepare aging reports for Branches. Perform additional duties as required and or requested. DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE Graduate / Post graduate in any discipline with overall 1-5 years of work experience. Ability to solve problems and identify opportunities through analytical thinking. Strong attention to detail and has ability to learn quickly. Excellent communication skills with good command over English language (verbal & written). Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
