Job Summary

Sales Enablement Manager - Netcore Cloud

Mumbai, Maharastra |Full Time

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Serve as a liaison between Sales and Product Marketing team

2. Determine sales enablement priorities with sales stakeholders on a quarterly basis

3. Maintain sales enablement software to ensure it is easily accessible and providing the capabilities sellers need

4. Needs to have a good understanding of buyer persona s and Sales journeys.

5. Content: Maintaining the central repository and updating it at key intervals. Facilitate content creation ( Email scripts, global decks, battlecards, etc. ) and use with sales and marketing teams

6. Feedback mechanism with Sales, SDR s and MDR s to help reduce their sales cycles.

7. Collaboration: Collaboration between teams to understand best sales mechanism that works and promote those to the organisation.

8. Reporting and Upskilling: Derive quarterly reports to understand Sales Performance and provide insights to better or change initiatives.

9. Use performance and content consumption data to understand gaps in sales person s skills and conduct relevant trainings.
