Job Summary

Manage the production of compelling, high-quality games
Initiate and track production processes through team leads and team members when needed (Game design, art, design, development, QA)
Develop schedules and resource requirements to ensure timely delivery of milestones while safeguarding quality of work in accordance with the project schedule
Work with QA to prioritize game issues and drive updates
Contribute to improving the quality of our games, the productivity of our teams and the efficiency of our processes.
Ability to analyze problems and provide consistent guidance on different areas like art, game design , organization and business
Should have knowledge on the latest mobile gaming trends and market.
