Job Summary

Responsibilities

1.Lead Generation: Assist in identifying and qualifying new business leads through research

and outreach efforts.

2.Customer Engagement: Reach out to potential clients via email, phone, and social media to

introduce our solutions and schedule meetings for the sales team.

3.Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and

competitive landscape to support business development efforts.

4.CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions in our CRM system,

ensuring timely follow-up and data integrity.

5.Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and

share insights that contribute to lead generation efforts.

6.Reporting: Assist in preparing reports and presentations for the sales team, summarizing

lead generation activities and outcomes.

7.Learning: Stay informed about industry trends and Nimesa’s products to effectively

communicate value propositions to potential clients.


Qualifications

1.Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a

related field.

2.Experience: Experience in sales, marketing, or business development (internships or

coursework are a plus).

3.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to

engage effectively with potential clients.

4.Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive and positive attitude.

5.Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM tools and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel,

PowerPoint, Word) is a plus.

6.Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and adapt to a

fast-paced startup culture.

7.Initiative: A proactive approach to tasks with a willingness to learn and take on new

responsibilities.
