Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and creative Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts and drive growth for our company. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, and a proven track record of delivering successful campaigns.
Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy, with a focus on driving leads, engagement, and sales.
Manage and optimize the company's website and landing pages to ensure they are optimized for search engines and user experience.
Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and convert them into customers.
Create and execute targeted digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and others as needed.
Collaborate with other departments, including content, product, and sales, to ensure a consistent brand image and message across all digital channels.
Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, and continuously test and implement new tactics.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
At least 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of delivering successful campaigns.
Strong understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising.
Experience with email marketing platforms, such as Mailchimp or Constant Contact.
Knowledge of web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, and the ability to use data to inform decisions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work well in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
