What We Look For
In this role, you ll be working with Mid-Market & Corporate clients (250+ employees) across India, handling their complex business needs. The position requires a strong pre-sales analysis and functional advisory to convince companies that Odoo is the best ERP system to support long-term business growth.

Responsibilities
- Understand the context of customer projects (legacy systems, challenges, reasons for change, decision makers, etc.) through initial qualification meetings
- Analyze the client s business processes, workflows, and departmental needs via meetings, RFI/RFQs, or use cases
- Demonstrate how Odoo s applications fit their needs through live software demonstrations and architecture advisory
- Collaborate with business analysts to design tailored solutions and reassure clients about their industry-specific requirements
- Advise C-level executives (CIO, CFO, CEO) on their digital transformation journey
- Negotiate pricing and legal terms with customers
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to closing
- Follow up on project implementation with the consultant team and participate in the Steering Committee meetings
- Maintain long-term relationships with customers and contribute to optimizing the Mid-Market & Corporate (MMC) department
Profile
- Strong business knowledge and curiosity
- Genuine interest in IT and software
- Fluent in English
- Strong analytical mindset and fighting spirit
- Excellent relational and negotiation skills
- Good organizational abilities

- 2+ years of experience in software sales
- Experience in managing the full sales cycle and ensuring implementation success
- Ability to manage strategic projects for large companies, with potential international deployment
