  • Prior Experience in terms of the number of years and nature of work :
    • Prior Experience in Telecalling/Inside Sales Call is Mandatory
    • The role is about handling all inbound calls which the company receives for their products inquiry
    • Making outbound calls to all Borrowers & Lenders who are interested either to borrow loan or invest in the company.
  • Desired Candidate or Ideal Candidate :
    • Should Have Excellent Comm Skills and pleasing personality
    • Should be excited to learn about the Finance Industry and be a Financial Advisor to all those who are interested in Secured/Unsecured Loans.
    • Candidates from BPO/ Inside Sales Exp Preferred.
  • Responsibilities and Duties
    • Managing Inbound calls
    • Making Outbound calls
    • Managing - Web chat & Email Support
    • On-call support to Clients to complete their transaction online.

Graduate
