Job Summary Job Title: Customer Support AssociateJob Description:

  • Apply knowledge gained through training to effectively probe customers to understand their network-related issues and assist customers in resolving issues impacting their service
  • Utilize the quality / call-flow framework while interacting with customers and ensure you deliver the appropriate resolution
  • Build rapport with customers to create a seamless customer experience across all your interactions
  • Active listening skills to demonstrate cultural awareness and adapt flexibly across interactions with our culturally diverse team members and customers.
  • Comply with procedures and support the customers to meet the relevant safety and environmental legislation.
  • Utilize documented processes and work instructions to troubleshoot and solve customer issues
  • Demonstrate strong ownership of issues presented and manage end-to-end delivery within designated timeframes.
  • Be naturally curious and resilient with an ability to articulate, listen and communicate effectively, identify customer needs, and provide customers with solutions to their concerns.

  • Troubleshooting skills in managing and resolving customer issues and queries succinctly.

  • Some Call Centre experience resolving customer inquiries
