Job Summary
- Monitor Trend Micro Antivirus( Windows &Linux)
- CAV agent Update
- Monitoring new threats and vulnerabilities and provide solution
- Installation and upgradation of latest antivirus
- Manage SPLX serrate Console for Linux operating System
- Virus alerts and outbreaks PC details
- Check firewall logs and take action if necessary
- Maintain CAV update agents hourly status, Server tracker details ,Clients connection status and updating details
- CAV Server backup and creates the latest Version packages
- Daily Call report, Daily Tracker report, Virus log report
