JOB PURPOSE - Work with marketing agencies to device and drive Digital Marketing campaigns and track ROI, effectiveness of those campaigns. The person should be savvy to understand new age marketing and be able to track the best and next practices.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan and execute all digital lead generation activities including SEM, SEO, Display, Email, Re-marketing, Social, Facebook LinkedIn etc.

  • Work closely with agencies to drive these campaigns and track ROI.

  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

  • Create and manage new system/processes for automation of lead inflow.

  • Study, identify trends and insights, and optimize existing campaigns, spends, and performance based on these insights.

  • Brainstorm new and creative growth and optimization strategies.

  • Collaborate and work closely with sales and other business verticals, agencies, and other relevant stakeholders to successfully plan and execute various campaigns.

  • Decipher market research to lead directional input to marketing agencies.

Qualifications

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

  • Masters degree; full-time from a premier institution.

  • 8 12 years experience in running Digital Marketing campaigns.

  • Proven track record of delivering tangible results.

  • Thorough knowledge of emerging technologies across digital space and passion to keep up with

the latest trends in digital and performance marketing.

  • Experience of working with an Edtech company will be an added advantage.
