Job description

Job Title: Senior HR Executive

WORK FROM OFFICE

Education: MBA in HR

Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven experience working in an HR department in


Software Proficiency: MS Office and Advanced Excel.

Job Location: Bengaluru

Workdays: Monday to Friday


Duties & Responsibilities

Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open

positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and

competencies required for openings.

Conducts or acquires background checks and employee eligibility verifications.

Implements new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.

Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource

programsincluding but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave;

disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent

management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and

safety; and training and development.

Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and

supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.

Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and

investigations.

Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new

technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.

Yearly Appraisal and Performance Management

Employee Joining and Exit formalities- Be solely responsible for managing the

entire Employee Life Cycle from joining till exit and ensure a smooth transition of

the employees during working with the company.

Maintaining & Updating all HR reports & trackers.

Nurture a positive work environment

Ability to implement HR policies for manpower planning

Organizing employee engagement activities

Understanding training requirements and arranging technical / behavioral

trainings

Participate in ongoing HR process improvement, optimization, and automation,

for things like onboarding, training, performance management, offboarding, etc.

Support present and future business requirements through the engagement,

development, motivation and safeguarding human capital.
