Job Responsibilities

To maintain right quality checks for raw materials,packing material, inproces, intermediates and finished products.

To maintain updated procedures in laboratorysystems.

To meet the requirements of internal and externalcustomer right time and every time.

• Checking the quality of raw materials, packing material, inproces, intermediates and finished products accurately without any deviations and delays.
• Releasing the analytical results right time to meet the dispatch requirements as per the planned scheduled.
• Maintenance of Analytical instruments by performing frequent calibrations to ensure right quality of analytical results.
• Developing systems as per cGMP requirements by updating the procedures.
• Providing continuous training to the employees to develop the skills.

Coordinating with Storesdepartment in clearing the inventory as per the production plans.

Coordinating with productiondepartment in clearing the Inprocess, intermediates and finished productssamples to meet the dispatch requirements as per the customer requirements.

Conducting with QualityAssurance department in releasing the products.
