Experience 2+ Years in US market Knowledge in Recruiting Citizens, Green Cards, H1B & TN Visa Holders on all the Tax terms (W2, 1099 & Crop to Crop) Responsible for recruiting IT professional across the US through internet job portals, direct phone sourcing, Networking (LinkedIn), Vendors and referrals. Involved in Complete recruitment process (Sourcing, shortlisting, HR Screening/interview, Interview arrangements, Salary negotiations, offer initiation, post-offer follow ups) Source profiles from company s database and LinkedIn. Interacting and maintaining good rapport with the candidates/vendors. Maintaining the database and preparing daily reports- Keep detailed records of past applicants' information, including resumes, assignments and interview evaluations. Must have Hands-on experience in recruitment across various IT Technologies in US Staffing. Ability to handle high-volume requisitions
