Job Description:

Health Care Account Managers will handle calls and requests from doctors and provide them with a solution to their queries. You will be guided by the supervisor or team leader to get any issue sorted. Providing a recommendation & resolution to doctors will be the whole and sole responsibility.

Report generation on a daily basis to provide data outcomes is a requirement.

Facilitate Attribution by calling patients who book appointments via Practo Platform

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • The primary task of the individual will be to assist doctors working with Practo as a consultant for Practo's Instant Consult.
  • Must take the assistance for criticalmatters with its supervisor or team leader to get any issue sorted.
  • Giving a resolution to the doctors should be the whole and sole responsibility.
  • Facilitate and work on feedback on a daily basis or as applicable.
  • Facilitate operational standards, communication on feedback and cancellations by making outbound calls to the doctors who do Instant Consultation on Practo Platform.
  • Coordinate with on-field team members & work closely to deliver best possible service.
  • Assisting other management team members in identifying trends and establishing teams goals.

Tasks- Increasing video adoption for doctors through calling and intervention,

Doctor Escalation Management with a support team.

Communication of Medical team feedback to doctors.

Operational Training of new doctors

Coordinating Onboarding Calls

Coordinating profile verification

Making profiles live on Consult

Demo Chats and activation confirmation
