Product Marketing Manager would be required to lead product marketing for Practo's highest grossing products to clinics and hospitals. S/he would own end to end marketing of all of Practo's B2B products.

Responsibilities would include

  • Understand needs of various business segments to formulate a robust communication strategy
  • Work closely with Sales to formulate and execute deeper 360 degree engagement plans with various clients across business segments through webinars, events, road shows, strategic account nurturing etc.
  • Create and execute a strategic B2B product, sales roadmap that cuts across business segments
  • Formulate and execute B2B acquisition campaigns for the various products and segments, along with the sales team
  • Work closely with various teams ranging from digital marketing, agency, product and sales teams to meet business goals
  • Ideate, formulate, manage and improve various B2B acquisition campaigns across various media
  • Track effectiveness of various campaigns and media
  • Formulate and execute effective communication loops that ensure high product usage and experience
  • Create programmes or campaigns to ensure retention
  • Co-create features and product offerings with product and sales, that help shape the value proposition to healthcare businesses
  • Must have's -

    • Good understanding of digital marketing
    • Led B2B marketing for a SAAS or B2B product or large or mid-sized hospital
    • Strong understanding of lead generation and management
    • Ability to thrive in little chaos and bring order to it
    • Ability to lead teams through influence
