• Experience in handling a team of 10 to15 members
• Excellent Communication skills
• Utilization of the available resources
• Distributes / Allocates the work in a fair manner
• Ensures that the team delivers Quality output Ensures the timely implementation of various processes so that the team completes the work in an efficient and timely manner.
• Escalation in a timely manner.
• Preparation of Daily / Weekly / Monthly Reports
