Job Summary

Job Title: Sales Directors JR/222

Job Description:

  • 10 plus years of Solution and Services selling experience in the IT services company (not ITES).
  • Presenting PrimeSoft s software solutions/ services to prospective customers developing sales leads in India and join sales opportunities
  • Proactively identify size and prioritize all significant opportunities in the territory through assessing customer requirements, consulting with them on company offerings and managing their needs and expectations.
  • Effective in closing sales with a widely diverse set of customer prospects, each with unique needs. This includes corporate and government prospects
  • Knowledge and experience in Cold calling, Presales, Lead Generation, Closure Sales, Selling techniques, etc.
  • Develop compelling proposals to address customer pain-points with the help from technical team.
  • Drives efforts to expand and grow PrimeSoft s presence through establishment and cultivation of ongoing relationships at the CxO level with existing and prospective clients and industry groups.
  • Achieve agreed sales targets.
  • Participate in trade associations and technical conferences related to target markets opportunities
  • Strong business acumen, growth minded executive presence and high industry connections.
  • Shares industry, deal, and sales best practice knowledge with sales community.
  • Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Must have experience in software solution and services market
  • Must have experience in outbound sales calls to generate new leads.
  • Well established network connection & relationships in India
  • Good understanding of emerging technologies in the software development field.
  • Experience and understanding of the offshore-onsite model of working is highly desirable
  • Demonstrated initiative and sales performance.
  • Experience in generating leads, managing opportunities, and closing business.
  • Experience in making and presenting proposals.
  • An assertive, dynamic, self-motivating sales person with excellent relationship management skills
  • Highly developed communication (both verbal & written), presentation and negotiation skills.
  • High performance and professional attitude/ behavior. Self sufficient and able to work in a single person environment
  • Candidate must possess exceptional customer experience judgment and be incredibly analytical and creative.
  • The ideal candidate will possess both a technical background that enables them to easily interact with customers, software developers and business development managers and a demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges.
