2. Hands-on experience on Hana admin activities.
3. Expert on SAP licensing and SAP router configuration
4. Manage SAP environment single handedly
5. Able to connect with SAP in time and get required solutions
6. Capable of working in multiple environments like linux and Unix and cloud and windows
7. SAP system troubleshooting and analysis on the root causes

ILM Skill set required:
1. Must perform 1-2 End to end Archiving implementations
2. Should have knowledge on ILM workflowAnd configuration
3. Hands-on experience on document archiving such as late archiving and early archiving and barcode archiving
4. complete idea on archiving tables and info structures and Archiving objects
5. Capable of working with different work environments and retrieve the best out come.
