Job Summary

Primary Responsibility:

  • Onboarding new clients and doing market research.

Tasks and duties:

  • Generating business from new clients & existing clients
  • Speaking with clients over the phone and online
  • Building client relationships
  • Act as a bridge between the Client and the Operations & Creative teams
  • Communicate with clients via phone calls and emails to provide information about products and services

Experience & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, business administration, communications, or a related field
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn lead generation
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Prior working experience in customer service or client service or business development
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to handle North American customers over call

Skills:

Working Days: Monday to Friday fixed

Week Offs: Saturday and Sunday fixed

Immediate joiners are preferred and candidates worked with international markets (US, UK or APAC) are eligible for this role.
