Job Summary
Primary Responsibility:
- Onboarding new clients and doing market research.
Tasks and duties:
- Generating business from new clients & existing clients
- Speaking with clients over the phone and online
- Building client relationships
- Act as a bridge between the Client and the Operations & Creative teams
- Communicate with clients via phone calls and emails to provide information about products and services
Experience & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, business administration, communications, or a related field
- Proficiency with LinkedIn lead generation
- Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior working experience in customer service or client service or business development
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to handle North American customers over call
Skills:

Working Days: Monday to Friday fixed
Week Offs: Saturday and Sunday fixed
Immediate joiners are preferred and candidates worked with international markets (US, UK or APAC) are eligible for this role.
