Team Lead - CRM Job in RPS Management Consultants

Would be responsible for the MIS pertaining to Customer Applications, Outright Rejects, Approval rates, Customer Activation Cycle time right from application date / time to Installation / Activation and other Credit MI. This position is responsible for the following: Analyze performance and productivity status w.r.t benchmarks Ensure MIS on compliance and strict adherence to Business Rules, policies and procedures in Acquisition and Credit Develops relationships in competition / marketplace to maximize opportunities of implementing best practices and information sharing

Minimum Requirements

You should be a Graduate with 3-5 years experience, preferably from Telecom / Banking / Financial Services / BPO - Business analytics function with Experience in handling Customer Applications / Operations MIS
