• Understand the advertiser s business requirements and accordingly formulate a marketing solution for achieving their business objectives - in the process leveraging various features of their Online Marketing platform
• Provide outbound consultations to advertisers and drive sales activities to achieve productivity and revenue targets
• Help customers better utilize their advertising budgets and derive maximum value from investments
• Build strong working relationships with customers and keep them informed of new product features
• Issue / escalation management & resolution
