Job Summary
Position OverviewReplicon is currently looking for Reporting Analyst in Global Sales Operations function. This position will contribute to organizational improvement by gathering and analyzing data, developing and managing new and existing reports end-to-end, automating reports using Excel VBA Macros and Google Spreadsheet and introducing process improvements throughout the reporting process. These reports will be used by Senior Leadership Team and Managers for informed decision making. The position will also assist the Sales Operations function in administering commission related activities for different customer facing teams.Candidate should be very proactive in his/her approach to work, be able to work with minimal direction and prioritize time effectively to deliver in a timely manner. Attention to details with ability to look at things differently and a constant endeavor to self-learn to make a difference to the business is highly required. The candidate should have excellent analytical and technical skills in addition to a keen ability to determine specifications and standards for business reporting and maintaining data integrity.Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for generating and publishing scheduled internal reports to different teams involving Senior Leadership Team in an accurate and timely fashion
- Design, implement and automate new/ modify reports using MS Excel and/or Google Spreadsheet to help enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of Sales Operations function
- Creating new reports and dashboards in Salesforce.com and managing the existing reports and dashboards
- Work on ad-hoc reporting requests by understanding the requirement
- Ensure standardized reports and dashboards are available for Sales Management
- Work closely with IT/Business Applications team to define business requirements and ensure effective business user acceptance testing
- Work closely with internal customers to understand current and future business needs. Also identify and analyze any needs and trends requiring special attention
- Assist the Sales Operations function in planning and administration of Global commission for different teams
- Graduation is a must, MBA is an added advantage
- 3 to 4 years of experience with primary focus on reporting and automation
- Advanced MS Excel skills for gathering, managing and presenting data
- Hands on experience writing complex VBA macros in MS Excel and data visualization skills
- Exposure to any BI tools (Tableau or Google Data Studio or any other reporting tools) and exposure to key SaaS Metrics and Pipeline metrics is an added advantage
- Data driven with high degree of attention to details
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
