Job Summary

We are looking for energetic candidates to join our branch banking team. The role would be responsible for driving the account opening and customer service process for corporate salary segment for a region. He/ She must be innovative and good at relationship building with excellent communication skills.

JOB ROLE
  • Drive the process pertaining to account opening and customer service for Corporate Salary segment
  • Maintain knowledge on all bank products and services and assist to resolve customer queries
  • Ensures all applications are fully and accurately completed and submitted properly and within specified TAT
  • Managing Sales Quality by ensuring defined benchmarks on First Time Right (FTR) approach with errors within acceptable norms
  • Manage a team of APOs, with the responsibility of their development and attrition
  • Keep up-to-date on products, policy and competition
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Education: Post-graduate (MBA Preferred)
  • Strong strategic, analytical, communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage and implement change initiatives by taking ownership and working with all stakeholders

Strong inter-personal skills and leadership ability which encourages and promotes enthusiasm and team spirit

Doctorate: Doctorate Not Required

Experience Required :
