Job Summary
Overview
He/She will be responsible to help the organization to improve its processes and systems. They conduct research and analysis in order to come up with solutions to business problems and help to introduce these systems to businesses and their clients.
Responsibilities
- Min. 3 to 5 years as SME with overall 6 to 10 years of relevant IT experience
- Experience in providing business solutions to software projects in a services/product development environment
- Experience in end to end requirements development and management
- Drive solution proposition, prototype, POC s based on competitive analysis and industry trends
- Conduct domain trainings across the organization
- Support sales and marketing to develop whitepapers, blogs, and articles
- Self-driven, critical thinking, analytical abilities, flexibility, adaptability to work schedules, effective verbal & written communication, time management, self-confidence, open to changes & challenges, eye for detail, perseverance, discreetness & diplomacy, analytical thinking, sound independent decision making and teamwork
Skills Required
- Good understanding of regulatory compliances and possess an understanding of governance, risk, and compliance
- Domain knowledge in consumer finance applications
- Experience with trends in digital banking and FinTech areas
