Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team and drive growth through the acquisition of new enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for prospecting, educating, qualifying, and generating sales opportunities within the technology stack. The role involves managing the full sales cycle, from initial engagement to post-sales support, and establishing long-term partnerships with clients. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify, qualify, and generate sales opportunities within the technology domain. Develop outbound campaigns targeting prospective clients and markets. Client Acquisition: Own the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to closing deals, with a focus on generating enterprise-level business and stable revenue streams. Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop a strategic approach to identify and build a strong sales pipeline. Execute the sales strategy to acquire clients from both Enterprise and mid-market segments. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and manage relationships with various stakeholders within the target organizations to ensure successful sales conversions. Sales Presentations & Proposals: Create compelling sales presentations, case studies, and proposals to address the specific needs of potential clients. Sales Funnel Management: Develop and manage a strong sales funnel, tracking progress towards targets and ensuring steady revenue generation. Collaboration with Sales Leadership: Work closely with the sales leadership team to define sales targets, approach, and execution plans. Qualifications Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master s degree. Experience: 8+ years in Sales and Business Development, with at least 5+ years in Enterprise Sales within the Technology Solutions space. Sales Cycle Expertise: Proven experience in the full sales cycle, including deal closing. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with C-level executives and other key stakeholders. Analytical & Negotiation Skills: Strong analytical thinking and negotiation abilities to navigate complex sales discussions and close deals. CRM and Tools Experience: Experience with CRM tools and outbound sales platforms to support strategic sales efforts. Preferred Experience & Attributes Technology Solutions Sales: Experience selling IT-based solutions and services, including Web & Mobile applications and Custom Application Development. Technology Savvy: Good understanding of the latest trends in technology, including QA Testing, Automation, and emerging solutions. Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the technology industry and the ability to stay updated on trends and news.
