Product Designer Job in Roppen Transportation

JOB DESCRIPTION

Purpose:

Your role will require you to take on complex tasks and transform them into intuitive accessible and easy-to-use designs. You will be onboard with a team of Designers, Researchers and Engineers.

From creating user flows and wireframes to building user interface mockups and prototypes, we are sure this role will see your best potential.

At each stage, you will anticipate what our users need, advocate for them and ensure that the final product surprises and delights them.

Responsibilities:

• A track record of key contributions to innovative, successful products.
• Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps.
• A portfolio that showcases your interactive and visual design skills.
• Knowledge about Sketch, AdobeXd, InVision, Photoshop, Illustrator, Visual design and wire-framing tools.
• The ability to work with Design, Engineering, Marketing, Product Management & QA teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills and ability to listen, be proactive at addressing feedback, represent and advocate for UI/UX and users.
• Up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.Are a big fan of the entire product development process: from researching and problem-solving to detailed UI and interaction design
• Build cross-functional relationships with stakeholders to drive user focus, creativity, efficiency and product excellence.
• Deliver detailed design flows and specifications, ensure product excellence throughout the product development and implementation process.
• Define design direction in close collaboration with Designers, Researchers and Writers to define the approach, tone, personality, ease of use, end-to-end flows.
• Partner closely with cross-functional teams to define user needs, opportunities and product requirements.

Education & Experience

• A bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Interaction or similar area, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years of UI/UX design experience
