Rpa Delivery Manager / Technical Architect Job in Rpasoft

Responsibilities:

• Set up and manage the Robotic Process Automation Center of Excellence (CoE)
• Manage the complete SDLC (initiation, discovery to production support), migration, and upgrades of RPA projects
• Lead the team of Solution Designers, Technical Leads, Developers, and Testers working from different geographical locations to deliver automations seamlessly
• Perform project/automation scope, effort, and budget estimates and prepare project plan with resource requirements
• Very good experience with Uipath
• Products, versions, licensing, deployment models, infrastructure, and complete SDLC of
• automation
• Lead discovery, development, migration, and support teams
• Manage client relationship and identify and manage risks and avoid escalations
• Track the project closely to meet the agreed-to quality deliverables on time
• Coordinate the cross-functional teams, project sponsors, and PMO teams to remove all sorts of impediments for successful delivery
• Prepare, publish, and run weekly and monthly status reports and prepare/manage dashboards, and participate in or lead governance and steering committee meetings and other project meetings
• Define SLAs, KPIs, and governance in coordination with client
• Responsible for overall success and relationship of project
• Mentor staff-level developers on coding best practices and serve as a technical escalation point during development
• Ensure the team s adherence to security, best practices, and documentation
• Identify the right skills required for projects
• Able to juggle between project tasks based on priorities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree or higher in Computer Science or related degree preferred
• Overall project management experience for software IT development projects for 9+ years
• Managed small to medium size project teams operating from different geo locations
• Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager for RPA Uipath development, production support, migration, and upgrade projects for 4+ years
• RPA product (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism) certifications
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to write concise project plans and present ideas
• Demonstrated ability to work with international teams supporting automation development
• Experience and working knowledge in programming languages (i.e., .Net, APIs, SQL, Python)
• Experience in a variety of industries and domains, such as healthcare, banking, and financial services
• Experience in collaborating with a variety of functional areas, such as accounts, HR, and payroll
• Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities

Additional qualifications:

• Working experience in UI Path or any other leading RPA tools
• Experience with cloud platforms and services, such as AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.
• Experience in intelligent automation AI/ML, chatbots, and/or NLP in one project Certifications in PMP, Scrum Master, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, AA, UiPath
