Job Summary

Job Description Being creative within the constraints of client briefs, budgets and timelines is the norm for most agencies. However, investing in research and Responsibilities: Address customer inquiries, which may include member/policyholder health benefit queries Educate members/policyholders about their benefits and options Resolve customer issues and record details of inquiries, comments or complaints, transactions or interactions Escalate unresolved and pending customer grievances and appeals to the appropriate parties Qualifications 10+2 or bachelor s degree or equivalent certification Proficiency in Spanish speaking skills Fully Bilingual - English/Spanish. Must be able to speak, read and write in both languages Strong attention to detail Strong typing and computer navigation skills Effective verbal and listening communication skills Additional Requirements 10+2 or bachelor s degree or equivalent certification Prior experience in the US healthcare industry would be an added advantage
