Job Summary Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Monitor & review server backups (R1Soft CDP).
  • Process customer orders and provisioning VPS Servers & Dedicated Servers.
  • Candidates need to answer help desk tickets & live chats and help clients via inbound and outbound calls with their queries on dedicated servers / shared hosting / VPS Hosting, Domain Name Registration, Billing Cycle, SSL. Etc etc
  • You should be dynamic to collect information about service incidents and search known error databases and provide remediation or escalate as necessary.
  • Respond to incoming abuse reports and notify clients or provide a basic investigation of abuse source as determined by service level.
  • Schedule and apply software and Operating System patches and updates as directed.
  • Assist with provisioning tasks as directed by the supervisor.
  • Render services on any technical/semi-technical/non-technical tasks to our web hosting clients.
Duty Timings:
We operate on a 24 x 7 x 365 days basis.
Shift timings are
(i) 6:30am to 2:30pm
(ii) 2:30pm to 10:30pm
(iii) 6:00pm to 2:00am
(iv) 10:30pm to 6:30am.
Shifts are rotated every month.

Training need:
Required training is a must.
Experience Required :

0 to 2 Years
