Roles and Responsibilities

• Experience in working in digital transformation projects areas such as application enhancement and modernization
• Should have strong digital software engineering expertise and ability to work and deliver in a fast paced agile start-up environment; ability to pin point the issue in business functionality, able to diagnose, replicate and debug the issues
• Should have 5+ years experience in Python programming
• Systematic problem-solving approach coupled with a strong sense of ownership and drive.
• Should have experience of BA QA lead with 5+ years of experience, able to work on the complete lifecycle from business requirements to setting test infrastructure / test suite development and further test the application keeping the business goals as the focus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills must be able to work effectively as part of a project/ program team and foster team cooperation.
• Experience with build systems and version control systems (e.g. Jenkins, Git)
• Good technical knowledge in API, backend automation of Oracle or SQL or Mongo DB, web protocols and tools, Docker, cloud technologies
• ISV domain knowledge on the business processes in areas of finance, HR
• Application specific functional knowledge in the ISV products / platforms in this space.
