Product Managers/ Product Success Managers work closely with our esteemed customers and help them achieve maximum value through engagement with Shipsy. This role is an overlap between Product Management and Product Success with a strong focus on addressing customer pain points with a product-first approach. At Shipsy, we strongly believe in partnership with our customers and proactively taking steps to positively impact their business goals. PMs/ PSMs are the key to the success of customers and Shipsy is a global platform of choice for managing logistics and commerce.

PMs/ PSMs act as the Shipsy representatives in front of customers' management teams, CXOs and working with closely on sharing insights from our product roadmap and helping them on key strategic initiatives, business roadmap. We work with various market leaders in various industry segments. PMs/ PSMs help our customers stay ahead of their competition by building and adopting cutting-edge technology that drives a substantial portion of global commerce.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Ensure that every customer derives the most value possible from the platform leading to retention
• Identify, comprehend, and clearly articulate customers' requirements to generate an end-to-end solution to their business challenges
• Analyze and elevate customer's consumption of contract, adoption of the product
• Proactively identify opportunities for the customers to improve operational efficiencies and find suitable campaign entities which could benefit from utilizing AI to grow their business
• Capturing development areas for product improvement and closed looping with product managers and engineering for necessary corrective actions
• Actively make sure that you are knowledgeable on all aspects of the Shipsy platform
