Job Summary Responsibilities:
  • Preparing the sales strategy and pitches.
  • Setting up the sales targets and help the team to reach the targets.
  • Working on sales process optimization and growth.
  • Responsible to manage and recruit the team of sales experts.
  • Troubleshoot issues reported by sales team and provide solutions.
  • Master of Inside Sales and revenue generation.
  • Track performance of individual sales experts and motivate them to achieve more.
  • Identify right tool and software for a sales person.
Desired Skills:
  • 3 - 5+ years of experience in a Product Management position
  • Aggressive sales approach. Fire in the belly; passionate about Sales.
  • Good understanding of technology and software.
  • Prior experience in Software Sales (Products and Productized Services desired).
  • Analyse the Business Requirements by understanding the operations of businesses of clients.
  • Ability to lead by example.
  • EXCELLENT communication skills - both verbal and written.
Qualifications / Eligibility Criteria:
  • BE/B.Tech/MS in Computers / IT / EC.
  • HSC percentages : 65% +
  • No backlogs in engineering and academics

  • Mark-sheets of Engineering & HSC
