Responsibilities:
  • Familiarise yourself with our companys products and services
  • Identify key franchise leads in promising rural areas and markets multiple sources, including various social media channels
  • Make calls to sales leads in the rural areas and converting them into sales
  • Take ownership of the end-to-end franchise sales process
  • Own complete responsibility for meeting the organisation's sales goals successfully
  • Follow up assertively with any sales leads
  • Cultivate and nurture relationship with existing and new franchise partners that add value
  • Guide and support the franchise partner to set up kiosks as per the guidelines
  • Continuously analyse and assess our sales and marketing strategy and techniques
  • Create and present business proposals, demos, and pitches for our leads to showcase our offering
  • Collaborate with management on monthly/weekly sales goals
  • Maintain and update sales, marketing, and business development documentation
  • Update yourself with the latest industry trends and any latest enhancements made in our products
  • Foster a supportive, healthy, and collaborative environment within the organisation

Requirements:

We are looking for someone who -
  • Preferable has a background or understanding of the healthcare industry
  • Is comfortable with calling prospective clients in the rural areas
  • Preferably knows a regional language (like Gujarati, Telugu, Marathi, etc.). It is an added advantage, not compulsory
  • Has excellent communication, negotiation, and time management skills
  • Is action-oriented and has a strong sense of ownership
  • Feels comfortable in a goal-oriented environment
  • Has the ability to demonstrate knowledge of the industry and markets in which the company operates

Minimum qualification requirement

Preferred - Bachelor's or higher education

Preferred - Located in Indore
