- Familiarise yourself with our companys products and services
- Identify key franchise leads in promising rural areas and markets multiple sources, including various social media channels
- Make calls to sales leads in the rural areas and converting them into sales
- Take ownership of the end-to-end franchise sales process
- Own complete responsibility for meeting the organisation's sales goals successfully
- Follow up assertively with any sales leads
- Cultivate and nurture relationship with existing and new franchise partners that add value
- Guide and support the franchise partner to set up kiosks as per the guidelines
- Continuously analyse and assess our sales and marketing strategy and techniques
- Create and present business proposals, demos, and pitches for our leads to showcase our offering
- Collaborate with management on monthly/weekly sales goals
- Maintain and update sales, marketing, and business development documentation
- Update yourself with the latest industry trends and any latest enhancements made in our products
- Foster a supportive, healthy, and collaborative environment within the organisation
Requirements:
We are looking for someone who -- Preferable has a background or understanding of the healthcare industry
- Is comfortable with calling prospective clients in the rural areas
- Preferably knows a regional language (like Gujarati, Telugu, Marathi, etc.). It is an added advantage, not compulsory
- Has excellent communication, negotiation, and time management skills
- Is action-oriented and has a strong sense of ownership
- Feels comfortable in a goal-oriented environment
- Has the ability to demonstrate knowledge of the industry and markets in which the company operates
Minimum qualification requirement
Preferred - Bachelor's or higher education
Preferred - Located in Indore
